Returns can be submitted via email to RETURNS@MONTANAWESTUSA.COM

All tags must still be attached. Clearance items are all Final Sale. Montana West does not warranty reading glasses or sunglasses.

If you would like to use Re:Do's return portal, that's totally fine.

About Re:Do

Checkout with the $2.98 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn't work. 

Didn't checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through Re:Do return portal with discounted shipping rates saving your time and money!

Return Instructions

• Your must complete the return form found in our returns portal before mailing back your items
• Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
• Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Additional Information: 

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. 

3RD PARTY PURCHASES:

Purchases from our retailers (store or online) must return the product purchased to the retailer. Montana West is unable to process any returns on purchases from third parties at this time.
